We are recruiting people who have promotional and sales experience and seek a part time job. The main objective is to lead a team of Shopper ConvertersÔ (Brand Ambassadors) in their task of converting prospects into buyers. What this means is that you will be visiting stores, shopping malls, large public events and venues within a set territory to engage with shoppers and promote specific products or services. Your principal duties will be: - in charge of the team, principal contact on site - manage reception/delivery of all equipment - coordinate the team members and working schedules of your team - site inspections prior to event - weekly reports - lead your team in collecting consumer data, demonstrating products, sampling, etc - installation and dismantling of the exhibit material Most importantly, your will represent the brand and you will have the power to make those campaigns a true success. The position will require strong organizational skills and a lot of leadership, great initiative, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
