Assistant Design Coordinator

Assistant Design Co-ordinator in a Medical Hardware/Software developer company.

Entry level position.


Assistant Design Coordinator
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Maintain Engineering Documentation
2) Maintain Work Procedure and Instructions.
3) Coordination with Production in terms of Production Instruction change request, Inventory
Control (BOM Changes, Part & Label Creation etc.) for Projects.
4) Maintain Project Schedules
5) Follow up with Purchaser to maintain supplier list.
6) Maintaining Engineer/Project managers training Files and train them on procedure updates.

Requirements:
1) DEC in electronics or equivalent.
2) Proficient in MS Office
3) Knowledge of Corel Draw.
4) Excellent communication skills
5) Able to work in fast paced project oriented work environment.
6) Must be a detailed oriented self starter.

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of MS Project, OrCad, Crystal Reports.
