| Sports Account Executive THG Sports, the world leader in Corporate Sports Hospitality is currently interviewing for Corporate Sales Executives to work full time within the Montreal office. In this position you will be responsible for working with C-Level Executives from Corporate North America to offer exclusive access to hospitality during Major sporting events ranging from the NHL All Star Game and the Canadian Grand Prix to the Masters Golf Tournament. This is a big-ticket sale with packages ranging from $50,000 up to $250,000 depending upon the level of participation. Selected sales executives should be achieving $65,000 - $125,000 OTE within first year. In order to prepare you for this exciting and challenging role; you will take part in our comprehensive training program, which focuses on product knowledge, developing proven, effective sales skills and business development tools. Requirements Corporate Sales Executive Core Competencies / Qualifications: · Excellent verbal communications skills and solid relationship-building ability. · Superb deal-closing skills. · The drive to exceed expectations/set targets and to outperform your peers. · Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives from Fortune 1000 companies. Furthermore, you should not be intimidated by the challenge of "pitching" a CEO of a company. · Ability to develop/build your own client base by using proven sales techniques including: research, prospecting, probing, lead generation, cold calling and closing. · Self-motivation, a dynamic character, and the ability to think creatively and work independently. · Passion for overcoming obstacles and have the desire to build a great career in sales.
