Analyst - Health and Wellness

Manage early and safe return to work of partially disabled employees following a personal illness or injury and assist the Health & Wellness Manager in the implementation of health and wellness initiatives/strategies aiming at reducing absenteeism as well as human and financial costs resulting from illnesses and injuries;
Performs effective disability management by following-up with the employees, supervisors and the Insurer with regards to medical files;
Develops return-to-work plans and communicate the details of the plans to the employee's manager, the Human Resources Business Partner, the Insurer (if applicable) and the employee’s treating physician;
Provides day-to-day subject matter support/coaching to colleagues and internal clients;
Provides support and makes recommendations on health & wellness policies, procedures and initiatives.

Education:

Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management

Ideal Candidate:

Relevant experience in HR and disability management (5 years)

Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (5 years)

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, autonomy
(5 years)

Bilingualism (French and English) is required
(5 years)

Knowledge of PeopleSoft is an asset
