Administrative assistant

Financial Consulting Team looking for a highly motivated, versatile Administrative/Recruiting Assistant to work full time in our Pointe-Claire office.
Duties:
- Maintaining proper, up to date and compliant client files
- Client communication and client services
- Filing, photocopying and logging
- Organize and set up marketing events
- Co-ordinate schedules amongst team/assisting other team members in their daily tasks.
- Recruit candidates for consulting position

Qualifications:
- CEGEP and/or University Degree
- High level of proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Work well under pressure
- Able to multi-task.
- Able to work well independently
- Team player, detail-oriented, quick learner and problem solving abilities
- Good communication/client care skills
- Experience in an administrative and/or marketing role is necessary

Salary-25K
