Network Enterprise Applications Support Analyst

Job Description

The Network Enterprise Applications Support Analyst will be working closely as part of an integrated team assisting our customers (IT administrators) with our software. Duties include performing high-level support at our client location. Valid driver's licence is required.


Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
· 3-5 years experience with Help Desk support
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· 2 years experience with Windows NT, 2000, 2003 and UNIX server administration
· 2 years experience with IIS and/or Apache, Active Directory and at least one SQL-based DBMS server
· 2 years experience with Microsoft Exchange
· 2 years experience with VMware Infrastructure
· 2 years experience with TCP/IP networking, firewalls, HTTP(S) and HTML
· Strong technical aptitude with an ability to learn quickly on the job
· Be willing to travel
· Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
