Inside Sales Executives

Sales Executives responsible for maintaining and increasing sales with existing accounts/develop new opportunities/ prospecting through outbound and incoming calls and emails.

An Inside Sales Account executive is expected to:- Expand the business by identifying new opportunities within targeted industry segments- Make required cold calls and handle incoming calls that range from customer inquiries, customer service issues and order taking. - Effectively prospect and generate leads, to identify new opportunities- Provide customers with accurate quotations for products or service that best satisfies their needs and closing the sales.- Record sales and order processing, prepare correspondence, proposals and marketing collateral to assist in acquiring new clients and or build business with existing clientele- Record and maintain customer profiles, using our contact manager software- Gain a clear understanding of customers needs, dealer’s business requirements, - Offer ongoing after-sales support services.-Conduct Webinar's- Ensure you remains current with industry ever-changing markets
