Concierge/Lifestyle Manager Wanted Downtown high-end rental building seeks Concierge/Lifestyle Manager to provide an unparalleled lifestyle for our executive clientele. Duties will include greeting guests, arranging transportation and housekeeping, arranging dry cleaning and other service pick-ups and deliveries, coordinating building events, facilitating ticket purchases, restaurant reservations, providing refreshments and newspapers for the Lounge area, lobby music, cleanliness as well as general administrative duties. Base salary plus gratuities. (Please note this is not a doorman position.) Requirements • Exceptional and natural communication, customer service and people skills • Outgoing, friendly personality • Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time • Self-motivated; can work independently • Flexibility and a professional, friendly, helpful attitude are key • Proven good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills as well as be an organized record keeper. • Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as the ability to learn new applications • Related experience in a luxury environment and in-depth knowledge of the Montreal area. • We would prefer candidates who also have some Hotel, hospitality or other related customer service experience.
