Kognitive Marketing is seeking a Recruiter and Trainer to join their team in Montreal! Position Summary Kognitive Marketing is currently seeking a Recruiter and Trainer; a position responsible for executing the recruitment and training process in a credit card acquisition program we are running on behalf of our client, Canadian Tire Financial Services (CTFS). The successful candidate will be recruiting and hiring students at local university campuses in Montreal for the Promotional Representative positions. The successful candidate will also be conducting orientation sessions and training the Promotional Representatives once they have been hired and motivating them to be successful as possible. They will also be supporting the Regional Manager. Reporting to our head office in Toronto, the successful candidate will complete their work in Canadian Tire stores, on local university campuses and in the comfort of their own home. The successful candidate will gain leadership and management experience; improve organizational, communication, presentation and hiring skills.
