| Inside Sales Rep. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for emerging customers throughout the North American marketplace. The ISR’s role will be to establish contact with existing customers through outbound calling, identify opportunities and buying potential, develop relationships, and build overall customer satisfaction, while growing the account. Responsibilities • Develop new and emerging account base through cold-calling, networking and contacts • Qualify all leads/ Account Development • Develop a strong relationship with the customer • Quote the customer on prices accurately and quickly • Receive feedback from customers on prices, market trends • Follow up on orders and shipping of the products • Understand the products (product knowledge) • Deal with Product Marketing for prices and allocation • Meet and surpass assigned sales goals Qualifications and Experience • University Education (Bachelor’s of Commerce, or Administration preferred and/or) is an asset • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Competencies (Skills & Behaviors) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as the position requires interaction with customers and different levels of management. • Team Player • Attention to detail • Well organized • Ability to develop relationships • Sense of urgency • Dependable/ Reliable • Excellent Listener • Service Oriented • Persistent • Results Oriented | |
