Bilingual Customer Service Assistant

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Assistant for a 6-8 month contract for our client in Brossard, QC.

The successful candidate will have excellent computer skills (MS Office) and 2-4 years relevant experience in providing superior service.

Job duties:
Order entry and processing
Enter product questions
Provide information on tracking numbers and label numbers,
Preparing correspondence,
Comfortable with outbound/ inbound calls and dedicated to ensure customer satisfaction.

Education and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Excellent command of English and French language and professional telephone manner
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to deal with moderately complex procedures and situations.

***MUST be able to pass criminal background check***
