District Sales Manager and Product Trainer 1. Provides sales, service and training to the customers within the assigned territory. 2. Supports the development of distributor business plans, specifically, working with distributor management and distributor sales representatives to ensure continued growth and development of the Crosby business. 3. Evaluates the performance of Crosby distributors, and recommends Crosby product training requirements to ensure the highest level of performance necessary to meet Crosby’s corporate objectives. 4. Conducts quarterly review meeting with key distributors. 5. Provides competitive analysis, field market feedback, customer contact information to management on a regular basis. 6. Develops and maintains a high-level of professional representation. 7. Calls on major end users and conducts end user training sessions where applicable. 8. Manages field sales expenses and reports on them on a regular basis. 9. Participates in sales meetings, trade shows, and association meetings where applicable. 10. Follows up on Crosby quotations to customers
